Villa Janet offers three simple, independent apartments and is perfect for those looking for a budget-friendly holiday home close to the centre and beach of Lloret de Mar. The villa is basically furnished but provides all the essential amenities for a relaxing stay.


The largest apartment is located at street level and is surrounded by a balcony offering beautiful views over Lloret and the sea. Here you will find a living room, a simple but functional kitchen, two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed), and a bathroom.


A staircase next to this apartment leads down to the lower garden, the terrace, and the spacious private pool. The terrace features a stone barbecue with a canopy, a large table with plenty of chairs, and a fridge—perfect for enjoying a cosy barbecue experience during your meals.


The terrace by the pool is connected to the living rooms and bedrooms of the two other apartments via French doors. Each of these apartments has a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchenette with a fridge, a bedroom (one apartment with a double bed, the other with three single beds), and a bathroom. From these apartments, you have direct access to the terrace and private pool, and can enjoy wonderful sea views.


There are several sofa beds available, making it possible to stay with 2 extra guests (at an additional charge). Air conditioning is also available for an extra fee (3 units, 1 in each apartment).


Please note: Villa Janet is a simple accommodation with a basic interior. Don’t expect luxury or modern finishes, but you will enjoy excellent value for money. The villa is especially suitable for young people and groups of friends who want to stay centrally and do not have high demands regarding the interior.
