Villa Madison is situated on the edge of the center of Lloret de Mar, just above the Casino. There has been worked with a lot of natural stone making it a beautiful and luxurious villa. All spaces are large and bright. Also, the owners paid a lot of attention to the interior.
Upon entering, the luxury reflects you immediately. The hallway is beautiful, spacious and has a natural stone floor. Adjacent to the hall you will find on your left a beautiful bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower, a toilet and sink and on the right a bedroom with a double bed. At the end of the hallway you walk into the even more spacious and bright living room with dining area and sitting area with beautiful durable furniture and 2 sliding doors to the balcony. Adjacent you will find the kitchen with a natural stone worktop on 3 sides. From this kitchen you can go through a sliding door to large terrace and from this terrace it is possible to see the sea!
On the ground floor are the other 4 bedrooms with several sliding doors to the terrace where the private pool is located. And again the owners put a lot of attention to detail, and when it comes to the design of the bathrooms, finished with beautiful tiles and large shower.
Around the private pool there is more than enough space to relax and sunbathe on one of de sun loungers. In addition, a beautiful bbq corner is also being built in the garden.
Parking is possible on the steep driveway but not in the garage. The garage is closed.
