Villa Sofia is a wonderful villa for a relaxing holiday around the pool. Facing the sea, Villa Sofia gets the sun all day long and benefits from the most romantic sunsets over the rolling mountains here on the Costa Brava. The pool and terrace has the most beautiful panoramic sea views which will take your breath away.
As you enter this charming and stylish villa, you will be blown away by the amount of space and light downstairs, with a modern open plan kitchen, with all the essentials, dinning area with enormous windows overlooking the pool, downstairs shower and toilet adjacent to the large fourth bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed for 2 and has direct access to the pool and terrace, it is perfect for couples and families with children.
A big positive is the stunning pool is within viewing distance of the lounge area, if you are wanting to keep an eye on young children.
Up the wide marble staircase you will find another three bedrooms all of which sleep two, the master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with his and hers basins, a toilet and a modern shower and access to an upstairs balcony. There is a further bathroom with toilet, bath and shower and adjacent is a very convenient laundry room.
Bedroom two also shares access to the sunny balcony, also overlooking the sea and pool area, a perfect place to hide away on your own with a good book, or just to take in the scenery. The back of the villa boasts a nice quiet secluded walled garden, which is another area to relax away from the pool or even under a shady tree. Villa Sofia really does have it all!
Villa Sofia is set in a quiet urbanisation only a five minute drive to the nearest supermarket and only a 8 minute drive to the centre of Lloret De Mar. The centre of Lloret De Mar offers something for everyone and all ages, boasting some of the best restaurants here on the Costa Brava, The smartest bars and cafes and of course beautiful clean safe sandy beaches. Weather you are the young or the young at heart Lloret de Mar will not dissapoint you!
Close by are some of the best beaches in spain, all within a ten minute drive. Other resorts such as Tossa De Mar are only a 20 minute drive away, with breathtaking scenery, and only fifteen minutes away you will find the coastal town of Blanes, with its enormous and lengthy promenade and bustling port, offering some of the best fish and seafood restaurants in the area. The stunning city of Girona with its architecture and cobbled streets which are lined with trendy tapas bars and cafes is only a 25 minute drive away, and a shoppers paradise.
