Which villa fits your group size?
Villa Pilar is the only one of the three that accommodates a group of 15 to 20 people under one roof: sleeping 21 guests as standard and up to 23 maximum. Villa Estrella and Villa Valentina each hold up to 14 people and are intended for groups of 10 to 14. All three feature a private pool.
Villa Pilar

Villa Pilar is located in Lloret Center and features 10 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. It sleeps 21 people as standard, or 23 with extra beds, making it ideal for a group that wants to stay together without twenty people waiting for the same bathroom.
The private pool measures 7.5 by 3.5 meters and sits on an 1150 m² plot, complete with a terrace, barbecue, and a dining table for the whole group. The town center and nightlife are 900 meters away, the beach is 500 meters away, and the supermarket is 450 meters away.
Villa Estrella

Villa Estrella is located in La Montgoda and accommodates 12 people, or 14 with extra beds. It offers 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 4 toilets. The house offers sea views, with the sea lying 300 meters away as the crow flies, and Cala d'en Trons beach 850 meters away.
Outside, you will find an 8 by 4 meter private pool on a 1300 m² plot, featuring a terrace and barbecue. The center is 2.5 kilometers away and the supermarket is 1 kilometer away.
Villa Valentina

Villa Valentina is located in Lloret Dalt and features 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 3 toilets. The house sleeps 10 people as standard, with extra beds bringing the capacity to 14. The living space is 250 m².
The 4 by 8 meter private pool is set on an 800 m² plot, complete with a terrace and barbecue. The beach is 1.2 kilometers away, the supermarket is 700 meters away, and the center with its nightlife is 2.1 kilometers away.
Can we walk from the villa to the clubs?
You can from Villa Pilar: the center and nightlife area are 900 meters away, so you can easily walk back and forth. From Villa Estrella (2.5 kilometers) and Villa Valentina (2.1 kilometers), walking at night is not really an option, especially not back up the hill, so you will want to plan for a taxi.
How do we get back at night if the villa is further away?
By taxi. Taxis operate day and night in Lloret de Mar, and there are fixed taxi ranks in the center. With a large group, you can split up across multiple cars. Save the villa's address on everyone's phone beforehand so that anyone can show it to the driver, even the last ones heading home.
Is one large villa better than two smaller houses for a single group?
For most friend groups, yes. In a single house, you share meals at the same table, swim in the same pool, and head into town together. With two houses, the group naturally splits up and you constantly have to coordinate where to meet. Two houses only makes sense if your group exceeds 23 people or if you deliberately form two smaller circles.
