For a group of 10 to 23 people you can choose from 36 villas with a private pool on the Costa Brava, most in Lloret de Mar. The largest are Villa Pilar (up to 23 guests, 500 m from the beach and 900 m from the centre) and Villa Jaruco (up to 22 guests). With more people you can, if both are free, book two neighbouring villas together, up to about 40 guests.
For 24 to 40 people: two neighbouring villas
Single villas for more than 23 people are scarce in Lloret de Mar. That is why you can book two villas that are close together, if both are free in your period. Choose your dates in both villa calendars or contact us.

Do you have a villa for 20 people or more?
Yes. Villa Pilar in the centre of Lloret de Mar sleeps 21 to 23 guests (10 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, 500 m from the beach and 900 m from the centre), and Villa Jaruco in Condado del Jaruco sleeps 18 to 22 guests (9 bedrooms). For more people you can book two neighbouring villas together.
Can we stay together with 25–30 people?
Yes, if two neighbouring villas are both free in your period. Single villas for more than 23 people are scarce in Lloret de Mar. You can for example book Villa Pilar and Villa Lloret together (28–31 guests, 50 m apart), Villa Ashley and Villa Zarita (24–26 guests, next to each other), or Villa Jaruco and Villa Nicky (34–40 guests, 35 m apart). Whether that is possible depends on the availability of both villas.
What is the minimum age for groups?
The lead booker must be 18 or older on arrival; group members aged 16 or 17 may come with permission from their parents. Each villa also has a minimum average age for the group, usually 18, and at some villas 21 or 24.
Do groups pay a deposit?
At most group villas the deposit is €125 per person and hiring bed linen is required. The exact conditions are on the villa page.
Are parties allowed in the villa?
No. The villas are in residential areas: loud music and parties are not allowed, and it must be quiet between 22:00 and 08:00.
