How old do you have to be to rent a villa in Lloret de Mar?
To rent a villa in Lloret de Mar with CostaCabana, the lead booker must be at least 18 years old, or at least 16 with permission from a parent or guardian. The parent or guardian must email their permission to info@costacabana.com, along with a phone number where they can be reached.
Your group must meet the villa's age requirement. Every villa that accepts groups has a minimum average group age of 18, 21 or 24, so young groups should choose a villa with a minimum average age of 18.
At villas with a minimum average age of 18, there is no minimum age for the other group members. CostaCabana does not check or restrict their ages at these villas; the age requirement applies only to the lead booker. At villas with an age requirement of 21 or 24, the owner applies that requirement more strictly.
Everyone staying at the villa must be present at check-in, including group members under 18. Each guest must provide their details and show ID, as required by law.

How do you organise a post-exam trip or a villa holiday with friends?
To organise a post-exam trip or a villa holiday with friends, first confirm your group size, then choose your villa, lead booker and transport.
- Agree on how many people are going and choose a villa with enough space and a minimum average age of 18.
- Decide who will book. If the lead booker is at least 16 but under 18, a parent or guardian must email their permission and a phone number to info@costacabana.com when you book.
- Split the per-person security deposit and compulsory bed linen hire costs among your group.
- If you're flying, book CostaCabana's transfer from Barcelona or Girona airport through the website. The driver will meet you at the gate, you'll check in at CostaCabana's office, and then you'll continue to the villa.
- Share the house rules and the villa's address in your group chat.
CostaCabana does not provide a travel itinerary or tour leader; you arrange your own journey to Spain, and you can add the airport-to-villa transfer through the website. Your group can also book a partner's party package through CostaCabana's website, with entry to clubs and exclusive parties in Lloret de Mar, VIP access and discounted prices.
Guests using CostaCabana's transfer check in before 16:00 and get priority at check-in over guests arriving by other means. You don't need an accompanying adult, and young groups can rent a villa all year round, not just in summer. CostaCabana has an office and staff in Lloret de Mar.
