Villa Sarai: Your Perfect Vacation Spot

The location of Villa Sarai is truly fantastic! It's the first villa you encounter when entering the development, right at the base of the hill. This makes walking to the town center or the beach very doable. You won't find many detached villas with a private pool this close to the center, but Villa Sarai offers it all.

Upon arrival at the villa, you'll find parking available on the premises at street level. A set of outdoor stairs leads you to the front door of Villa Sarai. The villa features a spacious, bright living room with French doors opening to the garden, a very roomy hallway, and a fully equipped kitchen. From the hallway, you access the three bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom and French doors leading to the terrace adjacent to the pool. The other two bedrooms and a fully equipped bathroom are also on this same level. There are no stairs within the villa itself, everything is on the same level, except for the stairs from the parking area.

An additional living/sleeping room with two beds is located in the separate part of the villa, where you'll also find a second kitchen. This is a studio situated behind the villa.

The outdoor area isn't very large, but it's wonderfully cozy. Sun loungers are placed around the pool for you to soak up the sun. Between the villa and the second separate section, there's a terrace with a large dining table next to a stone barbecue. There's also a large canopy with curtains that you can close when it's too hot or leave open if you want to enjoy the warmth.

This is a true recommendation for groups of friends!

■ There is 1 air conditioning unit in the living room and 1 in the 4th bedroom.

This accommodation is very suitable for groups with a minimum average age of 18 years. Families and couples are also welcome of course, however the furnishing and the level of facilities is not particularly suitable for children.
For groups there is a deposit of € 125 per person and the rent of bed linen is required.
The accommodation is located in a residential area, so it is important to respect the surroundings. Therefore, loud music and parties are not allowed, and quiet should be maintained between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
