Villa Santa Cristina: Your Dream Villa by the Coast

Are you looking for a stunning villa, just minutes from the beach and with that breathtaking view we all dream of during a vacation? Then Villa Santa Cristina is exactly what you’re looking for! This villa offers everything you need for an unforgettable holiday.

Villa Santa Cristina exudes a warm and inviting atmosphere and consists of three floors. On the ground floor, you'll find the garage, where you can park your car, and a handy laundry room. Next to the laundry room, there's an elevator (available on request for families) and a staircase.

On the first floor, you enter the cozy living room. Thanks to the large windows, you can enjoy the beautiful view right from the living room! Next to the living room is a large dining table where you can enjoy delicious meals with your entire group.

A major advantage of this beautiful villa is that the living area is on one level, and all rooms are connected to each other and to the terrace. This way, you can truly be together during your vacation!

Adjacent to the living room is a spacious terrace with a cozy seating area and a barbecue. Here, you'll also find the swimming pool (6m x 4m). Additionally, on this floor, there is a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, and a bathroom. The other three bedrooms are located on the second floor of the villa, all with stunning views of the wooded surroundings and the sea.

Behind the house lies another large, private terrace. It’s a charming terrace with a barbecue, perfect for cozy evenings.

Besides being a fantastic vacation home, the location is also ideal! The romantic beach Cala Treumal and the slightly larger Santa Cristina beach are both within walking distance. You can reach them via a wooded walking path. Along this path is the beautiful Santa Cristina Botanical Garden, which is definitely worth a visit.

The villa is located between the lively villages of Lloret de Mar and Blanes, allowing you to fully enjoy everything the area has to offer.
