Villa Sofia is the perfect spot for a relaxing vacation around the pool! With stunning sea views, you can enjoy the sun all day and romantic sunsets over the mountains of the Costa Brava in the evening. The pool and terrace offer breathtaking panoramic views of the sea, truly spectacular!

As soon as you step inside the charming and fully furnished villa, you'll be amazed by the space and light on the ground floor. Here, you'll find an open kitchen with all the essentials, a spacious living/dining room with large windows overlooking the pool, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet next to the generous fourth bedroom. This bedroom accommodates four people, with a double bed and a bunk bed for two, and offers direct access to the pool and terrace. Ideal for couples and families with children.

A major advantage is that the living room, dining area, and terrace with the delightful pool are all on the same level, allowing you to easily keep an eye on your children while enjoying the sun on the terrace.

The wide marble staircase leads you to the other three bedrooms, each accommodating two people. The master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with a double sink, toilet, and a lovely shower. From the bedroom's balcony, you have a stunning view of the surroundings!

On this floor, you'll also find a second bathroom with a toilet, bath, and shower, as well as a convenient laundry room. One of the other bedrooms has access to the large sunny balcony with views of the sea and pool, a perfect spot to retreat with a good book or simply enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

The back of the villa is also a wonderful place to relax. Here, you can sit peacefully and enjoy the shade under the large tree if you need some cooling off.

This holiday home is located in a quiet residential area, just a five-minute drive to the nearest supermarket and eight minutes from the center of Lloret De Mar. The lively center offers something for everyone, with some of the best restaurants, cozy bars and cafes, and, of course, the beautiful beaches. Young and old, Lloret de Mar will not disappoint you!

Nearby, you'll find some of Spain's most beautiful beaches, all within a ten-minute drive. Other places, like the picturesque Tossa De Mar, are just twenty minutes away and offer breathtaking surroundings. On the other side of Lloret de Mar, you'll find the coastal town of Blanes, also a twenty-minute drive, with a large boulevard and a lively harbor. Blanes is known for its excellent seafood restaurants.

The city of Girona, with its stunning architecture and narrow streets filled with trendy tapas bars and cafes, is just a 25-minute drive away. Perfect for a day of shopping!

Water World a very large aquatic park is very near, Marineland with their Dolfin shows and great water park, a great day out for all the family, a free bus service is offered from the bus station in Lloret. Blanes, the next town along the coast hosts the yearly fireworks festival the last 2 weeks of July. Sand castle competitions, Foam Canons, Dancing and many more events, all for free. A must see extravaganza.
