An outside staircase next to this apartment leads to the lower garden, terrace and the large private swimming pool. The terrace is equipped with a stone barbecue and a stone table which also has a barbecue. So everyone can use the barbecue while he or she is eating.
Adjacent to the terrace next to the swimming pool are the doors to the living rooms and bedrooms of the 2 apartments that are located here. Both have a living room, kitchen (basic furnishings), a bedroom for 3 people and a bathroom. You therefore have direct access to the terrace and private swimming pool from this apartment. You also have a view of the sea from this terrace.
