| Remarks | Bonjour, Notre séjour a été agréable sur la période et aurait pu l'être plus encore si nous n'avions pas eu à gérer certains points : Points Critiques * Matelas des 2 chambres du fond - infestés de puces de lit - ayant provoqué des réactions allergiques importantes (photos disponibles) durant toute la durée du séjour et nécessitant l'achat de traitements en pharmacie - * Eclairage extérieur inexistant ou défaillant Points majeures * Pas assez de vaisselle - notamment les verres * Pas d'éclairage Piscine - L'homme d'entretien n'a pas répondu à notre attente * Douchette baignoire défectueuse Les conditions du séjour comme vous pouvez le comprendre auraient pu être dramatiques si les allergies avaient touchés les enfants. | Remarks | Cette villa est pour 5 personnes, et non 7 puisque les 2 chambres doubles n'ont pas de lit simple, seulement un lit pliant... La terrasse n'est pas pratique car elle est à l'arrière de la maison, et le mobilier de jardin est très léger (table pliante). La piscine est très bien, le jardin est joli. Le service de Costacabana est très correct Le boitier avec les clés a été très utile. |
