The spacious private swimming pool (10 x 5 metres) features a comfortable, wide built-in staircase and gradually becomes deeper from the edges towards the centre. Relax on the luxurious sun loungers or enjoy a drink in the hot tub while overlooking the Mediterranean Sea.

Large-scale outdoor dining:
Outside, there is a generous dining table with space for no fewer than 20 chairs. Ideal for long, leisurely meals with the whole group in the healthy sea air.

The property has 8 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, making it unique and perfectly suited for large families, groups of friends or celebrating special milestones and occasions.

Perfect indoor climate:
For optimal comfort, the villa is equipped with air conditioning; the master bedroom on each floor has its own air-conditioning unit (available at an additional cost).

Enjoying time together indoors:
On the middle floor, there is also a central dining area with more than 10 seats. Thanks to the large sliding doors, the luxurious indoor living space flows seamlessly onto the spacious outdoor terrace.

Here, you can enjoy complete peace and privacy behind a fully enclosed gate with a private driveway for several cars.
