| Remarks | Beim Ankommen wurden wir im Büro sehr nett begrüßt und bekamen auch gleich den Code für den Schlüssel (es ist vor der Villa eine Box). Der Transfer hin und zurück (Flughafen Barcelona) hat sehr gut funktioniert. Auch wenn die Villa auf einem Hügel liegt und somit etwas außerhalb vom Zentrum, war es kein Problem dort hin zu kommen - entweder zu Fuß oder mit dem Taxi, das sehr günstig war. Nur das Einkaufen beim nächstgelegenen Aldi war zu Fuß etwas mühsam. |

| Remarks | Villa Nicky, Ah, villa Nicky... Si vous êtes un groupe d'amis de moins de 30 ans, qui cherchez à faire la fête au bord d'une piscine, cette villa est faite pour vous. Le "sous sol" ras de piscine avec son grand espace ouvert, son frigo, son barbecue, son billard, son baby foot et ses salons de jardin vous permettront de passer de superbes moments et apprécier le soleil de la Costa Brava. Il vous faudra tout de même un véhicule pour rejoindre la ville, ses commerces et ses boites de nuit... Si vous êtes un groupe d'amis de plus de 30 ans, qui cherchez à passer du bon temps et à vous reposer dans un endroit propre (comme chez vous) durant vos congés d'été tant attendu, vous risquez d'être déçu. La villa sera propre si vos prédécesseurs ont pris le forfait ménage. La villa sera en bon état de fonctionnement (vous permettant de jouir de toutes les commodités) si vos prédécesseurs ne les ont pas détériorés et si l'agence a envoyé quelqu'un pour faire le tour de la villa avant votre arrivée. La villa était sale et de nombreux appareils étaient hors d'usage à notre arrivée. Nous avons eu la "chance" d'arriver à 16h et signaler rapidement les problèmes à l'agence. Plusieurs personnes ont été envoyées en moins d'une heure pour faire le nettoyage, tenter de réparer ce qu'il l'était ou remplacer, mais surtout pour donner les clés de l'un des étages (le + important) Pas d'état des lieux d'entrée (on ne vous donne même pas les clés) et pas d'état des lieux de sortie. La récupération de la caution est donc dépendante de... Si vous souhaitez vous reposer, oubliez tout de suite. Vous ne serez pas dérangés pas les hordes de jeunes qui envahissent les villas alentours pour faire la fête, les règles pour les locataires sont claires: si la police intervient à la demande des voisins pour tapage nocturne (après 22h), vous êtes succeptibles d'être expulsé avant la fin de votre séjour, mais surtout d'avoir une retenue sur caution. Oui, les jeunes font la fêtes, écoutent de la musique fort, crient et rient, mais à 22h, ils partent en centre ville, en boite. C'est là que les autochtones se réveillent. Surtout leurs chiens. Entre ceux qui commencent à japper à 6h30, ceux qui le font entre 2 et 4h (oui, du matin...), les autochtones qui se baignent à 1h du matin (l'espagnol doit être sourd, il parle fort...), soyez assurés que plus de la moitié de vos nuit seront raccourcies Avant de valider votre commande, sachez que l'agence prend une commission de 4% sur toutes les transactions Que ce soit au moment de payer la réservation ou la caution. Il y a également 10€ de frais de traitement de caution. Pas de Paypal, pas de chèque. Bref, une villa qui a un gros potentiel selon ce que vous comptez y faire et une équipe Costacabana réactive, en tous cas le premier jour. Villa Nicky, Ah, Villa Nicky... If you are a group of friends under 30 who are looking to party by the pool, this villa is for you. The "basement" of the swimming pool with its large open space, fridge, barbecue, pool table, table football and garden lounges will allow you to spend superb moments and enjoy the sun of the Costa Brava. You will still need a vehicle to reach the city, its shops and its nightclubs... If you are a group of friends over the age of 30, looking to have a good time and rest in a clean place (like your own home) during your long-awaited summer holidays, you may be disappointed. The villa will be clean if your predecessors have taken the cleaning package. The villa will be in good working order (allowing you to enjoy all the amenities) if your predecessors have not deteriorated them and if the agency has sent someone to tour the villa before your arrival. The villa was dirty and many appliances were out of use when we arrived. We had the "chance" to arrive at 4pm and quickly report problems to the agency. Several people were sent in less than an hour to do the cleaning, try to repair what it was or replace it, but especially to give the keys of one of the floors (the most important) No status of entry points (you are not even given the keys) and no status of exit points. The recovery of the deposit is therefore dependent on... If you wish to rest, forget it now. Among those who start barking at 6:30 am, those who do it between 2 and 4 am (yes, in the morning...), the natives who bathe at 1 am (Spanish must be deaf, it speaks loud...), be sure that more than half of your nights will be shortened Before validating your order, be aware that the agency takes a 4% commission on all transactions whether at the time of paying the reservation or the deposit.
