This is what you can call a real holiday villa... Villa SummerDream!

Modern villa with all the modern comforts and conveniences you could wish for the perfect holiday!

Villa Summertime is located almost at the end of a dead-end state, so wonderfully quiet. You can park your car on the street side or even easier, on your own private driveway. Before you reach the front door, you are already greeted by your private pool and covered terrace (one level higher by taking the stairs up).

On this terrace you will spend many hours during your stay to create those holiday memories together with your family and friends!

Once parked your car you can enter through the roll-up door inside, which is at the same level as the driveway. Here you will have a full bathroom, ping pong table, actually perfect for the kids who want their own private spot during their vacation!

Through the front door at the covered terrace or the stairs inside, you reach the first floor. Once you are here, you will be surprised by the great beautiful window in the kitchen, which is across the whole width of the villa, giving you a wonderful view of the surroundings and the distant Mediterranean. Whether you are eager to be in the kitchen or not, this is certainly one of the nicest places in the villa. Having your glass of wine, sitting at the kitchen bar... can you imagine?

Through the kitchen door, you enter a separate spacious terrace, which is the perfect place to wake up quietly in the morning with a cup of coffee and a breakfast.

From the kitchen, you enter directly into the open and spacious living room and also on this level, you will find a double bedroom and separate bathroom.

Through the floating staircase up from the living room, you will find the other 3 bedrooms, 1 with a bathroom en-suite, another huge bedroom again with those lovely views, a double bed and a covered terrace. The 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed and not to forget, there is a separate and complete bathroom.

Villa SummerDream will undoubtedly provide an unforgettable summer time and you can recharge yourself completely for your busy life at home!

Remarks Badkamers schoon en modern, zwembad top, locatie, afstanden tot strip en supermarkt. Het huis is precies hetzelfde als op de foto's en wij hebben er een week lang van genoten!
