Villa Patricia is slightly lower than the street. You reach the holiday home via a staircase. Upon entering you have 2 spacious bedrooms on the right and left, 1 with a double bed and 1 with single beds, next to this bedroom is the bathroom. Continuing through the hallway you enter the living room with open kitchen. From this living room you reach a very cozy covered balcony with beautiful arches.
On the side of the house are stairs to the garden with swimming pool which is 1 floor lower. Here is also a small separate living area with small living room adjacent to the terrace of the pool with a bedroom for 2 people and an en-suite bathroom.
The pool is spacious and tiled all around. There are several seating areas around the pool and there is a covered patio where you can sit and eat. There is also a stone barbecue.
