Villa Cleo is situated at a quiet street. Upon arrival you can easily park your car just in front of your holiday home. Besides you are on a walking distance from a delicious restaurant with community pool and next to it a tennis court, play area for the kids to play football for example.
By taking the stairs up you reach the entrance of Villa Cleo. On your way up, you will find, on your right-hand the private pool, lovely to take a nice swim! On entrance level there are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, the kitchen and the spacious living room with this lovely terrace and amazing views. we recommend you to open these doors immediately, so this view enters your home and creates that Spanish holiday feeling!
Next to the living room is 1 of the 2 spacious bathrooms with shower and not to forget the cosy and sunny kitchen with its corner and round table where you can start the day with a nice cup of coffee. From the kitchen you have access to the terrace at the back of the property where you can find the BBQ corner and dining area! This area you can also reach from the other part of the garden by stairs!
