This detached villa with its characteristic features like the little castle tower, is situated in a urbanisation only a 15 minute drive from the centre of Lloret de Mar! And within 10 minutes you arrive at the beautiful bay of Canyelles.
The cars can be parked in front of the villa. You reach the villa and its garden by taking the stairs up from the street. In the garden you'll find a outside dining table with stone barbecue. From there taking a view steps again you'll reach your private pool which is situated at the backside of the villa.
Above the pool there is another terrace with a lounge made of stone where you can sit with a book and enjoy those "Holiday moments" or play a nice game of carts with family and/or friends! From here you have a nice view on the villa with its charming castle tower and taking the stairs up, which are situated beside the tower, you will enjoy some nice sea views all over the Costa Brava!
This holiday home is spacious but simply furnished, with on the ground floor an open kitchen. Next to the kitchen is the dining table with chairs enough for everyone and next to the dining table is a sitting area with television. From here you can walk on to the terrace. Furthermore there are two bedrooms on this floor, all with a double bed and a fully equipped bathroom.
On the first floor there are the other three bedrooms, these all have a double bed. The second bathroom is next to the living room with fireplace. From here you reach the balcony where you have a magnificent view over Lloret de Mar, the area and the sea!
