Description of this holiday villa: Villa Bonita
Villa Bonita is situated on the beautiful urbanisation Serra Brava, only 10-15 minute drive from the center of the Lloret de Mar! What makes this villa so unique is the amazing views! From the front of the villa you can even see the mountains of the Pyrenees! From the terrace at the back of the villa you have a beautiful view over Lloret de Mar and the Mediterranean sea!
Once arriving you can park the car on the street in front of the villa. Taking the stairs up you reach the terrace at the front side of the villa. You will be impressed by the beautiful view over the area!
The villa can be described as followed: on the ground floor at the front of the house you reach two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other bedroom with two single beds. Next to the bedrooms you'll find the modern bathroom with a shower, toilet and a sink. At the back of the villa is the fully equipped kitchen with a nice wooden sit corner and table and at the other side of the room there's is another dining table for a delicious breakfast for the entire family or group of friends.
From the kitchen you can walk on to the lovely terrace, from where you can enjoy the magnificent view of the area and the sea while having a nice swim in your private pool (7,5m2 x 3,75m2). The covered terrace has a nice dining table with a barbecue for a nice dinner with your friends or family on a nice summer evening! Next to the terrace is the swimming pool with an outside modern shower and sun beds at the front where you can relax and enjoy the Spanish sun and the beautiful view!
On the first floor there are also two bedrooms, one of them with two singles beds and the other bedroom has a double bed. The modern bathroom offers you a shower, toilet and a sink. In front of the villa is a spacious living room with once again that magnificent view and room enough for everyone.
Villa Bonita is very well situated, offers a lot of privacy and is only 5 kilometer from the center of Lloret de Mar! An ideal combination for a great holiday!
