A nice modern villa with in the back, very private located, a nice terrace with an private pool! Its a wonderful place to enjoy the sunshine, with friends or family. And in the evening is it the perfect place for a delicious barbecue. From the terrace you can reach the living room with open kitchen. Nice and easily!
The interior is modern and bright. You'll feel right at home. You enter into the very spacious living room with a nice sofa with television, here is also a dining table for the whole company and a spacious kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all necessities including large refrigerator, coffee maker and more.
The big plus is that the rooms are all on the same level. From the living room you walk into the hallway and find here three bedrooms, two of them contain two single beds and the master bedroom has a double bed and an bathroom ensuite. The other bathroom is located next to one of the other bedrooms.
You can park the car on the street side or at the top of the steep driveway.
