Description of this holiday villa: Villa Patricia
Villa Patricia is located just outside the charming center of Lloret de Mar. The villa consist of two apartments, which are connected via an outside staircase. Ideal if you are on holiday with a family with youngster!
The upper part is the main house where you can find the kitchen. Through the entrance, next to one of the terraces you will reach the entrance of the villa. The kitchen is fully equipped. The living room, next to the kitchen, has a beautiful view over the area and a fireplace. Futhermore there are three bedrooms in this upper apartment, 2 bedrooms have a double bed and the third one has a bunk bed.
By a staircase outside the second apartment can be reached. Here you'll find the other two bedrooms, a bathroom and a spacious second living room. An ideal apartment for the youngsters of the family! The two bedrooms each have a double bed and the bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink.
From the living room and open doors you reach the spacious terrace with your own private pool (8m x 4m). A great place where you can spend lots of time of your holiday! On one of the loungers at the pool or in the shade with a good book. Do you would like to dine outside? No problem, on the terrace is aswel a great barbecue! Also an advantage is the fridge in the living room next to the pool for a nice cool drink!
Patricia Villa is situated in a quiet urbanization just five minutes drive to the nearest supermarket and restaurant and only 10 minutes drive from the center of Lloret de Mar. The center of Lloret de Mar offers something for everyone and all ages! The beautiful beaches, great bars and cafes and fine restaurants and beautiful surroundings!
