There will be a completely new open kitchen in the living room. And where the old kitchen and hall are now, there will be a fourth bedroom and a second bathroom.
This holiday villa is situated just outside the busy centre of Lloret de Mar in the urbanisation Rocca Grossa. Just a 10 minute drive from the centre! An ideal location if you would like to enjoy a quiet holiday at the villa and as well want to spend some time on the lovely beach of Lloret de Mar!
Arriving at your villa you can park your car on private parking or just in front of the villa. Taking the stairs up you will arrive at the entrance of the villa where you will enter in the hallway, with on the right the living room with French doors to the terrace at the front of the villa where you will enjoy the beautiful view. Here is also the cozy barbecue area.
From the living room you walk into the kitchen, down the hall are the bathroom and the three bedrooms, two with double bed and the third bedroom has a bunk bed, again with a door to the terrace.
Standing at the front door you can take the stairs up which leads you to your private pool with an amazing sea view! One of the places of the villa where you will spend a lot of of time during your holiday. The swimming pool is located behind the house.
