Villa Picasso is situated on a wonderfully quiet location with a rustic feel but still within a 5 minute drive from the lively center of Lloret de Mar (so you can even walk into the centre).

You will notice it immediately on arrival that you can park your car (or possibly several cars) safely at the driveway or garage. (This is all by way of electric remote control).
Through the garage you can reach (via an interior staircase or possibly even outside) the 1st floor of the villa. Here you find the luxurious and fully equipped kitchen with a cosy dining area where you can start your day in the morning with a nice cup of coffee. Through the kitchen there are opening doors to the terrace where you can spend many hours together. Imagine you here dining or read a good book in the shade... you remember it again? That real holiday feeling!
On the same level as the kitchen is also the spacious and bright living room with dining table and sitting area. Also from the living room you walk directly to the cosy covered terrace at the front of the house. A little further from the living room you can reach the beautiful entrance of Villa Picasso.
On the same level of the living room, there is one of the 4th large bedrooms with a well fully equipped bathroom (with shower). Ideal as grandpa and grandma are coming as well. So through the entrance you walk left or right to the kitchen or the living room, so everything is connected with each other!
Through the beautiful wooden circular staircase in the hall you reach the top floor. Here are the remaining 3 bedrooms, 2 with an adjoining terrace, with lovely views over Lloret de Mar, where you can relax with a glass of wine enjoying the sunset and sun rising. In addition, the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and on this floor is a bathroom with tub / shower.
