Description of this holiday villa: Villa Paradis
In a quiet urbanisation just outside Lloret de Mar is villa Paradis situated. Villa Paradis is a very large (217sq.m) recently renovated Spanish style villa in a 1200sq.m plot. The villa has 6 double bedrooms and a large private pool (10m x 5m). Villa Paradis is a beautifully villa in Catalan style completed to a very high standard. It is set in a quiet residential area with a private pool, attractive south facing terrace with a barbecue.
This villa will give you a very comfortable holiday home where you can relax, enjoy sport facilities or explore gastronomic and cultural delights of Catalunya. The villa has 2 electronically controlled gates (in and out) where cars can be parked in front of the villa. There is enough room for a nice dinner outside, next to the private pool. There are no steps to enter the villa and is suitable for young and older people.
5 of the 6 bedrooms have a double bed. There is a wardrobe in each room. Bedrooms on the ground floor have doors to the balcony and terrace.The master bedroom to the ground floor has an en-suite bathroom. The second bathroom is on the first floor. All bathrooms have bath, basin, bidet, toilet and separate shower with a glass shower enclosure.
The kitchen is fully equipped. Dishwasher, washing machine, sink, fridge, microwave, all you need to prepare a nice meal for familiy or friends! The living room is extra large and has sofas and armchairs for 12 persons. It has a TV with satellite capability. The dining area is next to the living room.
In short, a nice holiday home with a lot of space in a quiet area!
