Description of this holiday villa: Villa Roxanne
This comfortable villa is located at the entrance of an urbanisation only a 10 minute drive from the center of Lloret de Mar! The villa is situated at the main road to Girona. Within 20 minutes you are in this beautiful historical city!
Villa Roxanne consists of an apartment for 4 people on the ground floor with above a villa, suitable for 8 persons. The villa offers you a perfect holiday on a beautiful place at the Costa brava! On one of the terraces or at the private swimming pool you can enjoy the lovely Spanish sun or you can cool off in your own private swimming pool (8m x 4m).
From the driveway, where is parking space for several cars, you will reach your large private swimming pool. From here you can reach the apartment by taking the stairs up. The apartment has a lovely covered terrace with lounge area. Here you can read a book or drink a glass of wine while the sun is shining down on you!
Inside you will arrive in a huge bright kitchen with sliding doors to the terrace. A wonderful place for a nice breakfast in the sun! Next to the kitchen is the living room and from here you reach the two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other bedroom has a bunk bed. The bathroom has a shower, a sink and toilet and is accessible from the kitchen. Also nice to know for families with children is that the terrace of the apartment has a fence which can be locked. It gives the children the freedom to run around while you are in the apartment or on the terrace enjoying the sun!
From the terrace of the apartment you can take the stairs going to the villa. You arrive at a large terrace that goes around the villa. On the terrace is a large table with enough chairs toe eat all together.
When you come inside you reach the spacious living room. Here you have a cozy sit area with television and a nice fireplace and also a dining table. On this floor are the four bedrooms, one with a double bed and 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds. The kitchen is next to the living room and is fully equipped and from the back door in the kitchen you can reach the terrace that is all around the villa.
In short, a nice place to spend your holiday!
