Description of this holiday villa: Villa Raquel
Modern furnished villa, great views and an ideal location for a holiday, that's villa Raquel! This beautiful villa is located on one of the most beautiful urbanisations of Lloret de Mar, named Serra Brava.
To the villa has a well maintained garden and several terraces and balconies to relax and enjoy the Spanish sun! And to cool off you can use your own private pool!
Your car can be safely parked in the fence. You enter the villa at arrive in the hall on the lower floor of the villa. From here, walk into the cozy living room with open kitchen. From here you can walk upto the balcony to enjoy the magnificent panoramic views over the area!
On this floor is a spacious double room with access to a balcony with an amazing view. That's a nice way to wake up! And there is also a small bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet on this floor.
On the first floor is a large room, suitable for four persons. It contains a double bed and an seperated, but not closed, area with a nice sleeping couch for one! Besides these two bedrooms there is one single room with two single beds. From this bedroom you can walk upto a large terrace. The last bedroom and bathroom are located next to the pool!
From the ground floor you can reach the pool with terrace. Here you can relax at your own private pool on one of the fine sun beds or at the terrace! The barbecue makes it complete. Take your time and have a nice dinner with family or friends and enjoy the sunset!
Villa Raquel offers everything you would expect of wonderfull holiday. Space, quietness, privacy and magnificent sea views!

Deposit for youngsters is €150,00 per person (with a maximum of €1500,00) and the rental of bedlinen (€15,00 per person) is obligatory. The extra beds is the sofa so the price of an extra bed is only € 75, - instead of € 150, -. You only pay for the extra person.
