Description of this holiday villa: Villa Nicky
This lovely villa is currently being renovated to create an even better holiday villa for you! They are creating a new lounge area next to the swimming pool with a bar with refrigerator and other kitchen facilities, lounge seats, billiard table and a table tennis table! With all these facilities you can stay down at the pool the entire day! Hungry? No problem! You can prepare a lunch or dinner with a nice drink for your friends and family while others are swimming or relaxing next to the pool! That's where its all about on holiday!
The villa is located in a residential area just outside Lloret de Mar del Condado Jaruco, to a dead end street where your car door for easy parking.
At the front of the villa there is a large terrace where you can sit. Upon entering, you are in a hallway on the left there is the living room and on the right side the kitchen and also the bathroom. There is a new kitchen installed last year. Then the hallway has three rungs down here are the three bedrooms. 1 bedroom with a double bed. This is an entirely in bamboo style bedroom. The other two bedrooms have a Triple bed, this is a double bed with a single bed above.
On the left side of the villa you can use a nice sturdy stairs down to the second apartment and the garden with the pool. The second apartment is brand new! Being build in 2012 and can accommodate 10 people! In the apartment are two bedrooms each for 2 people and two very spacious bedrooms for each 3 people. Also there are two spacious bathrooms.
From the apartment you can take a few steps more down and you will reach the lovely garden with swimmingpool and lounge area! The pool is about 8.5 meters to 4 meters. Next to the pool there are the sunbeds, for a nice layzy day in the sun! In the garage is the lounge area with everything you need to spend a day at the pool; bar, fridge, barbecue,kitchen facilities, loungeset, pooltable and tabletennis table!
