Description of this holiday villa: Villa Mariposa
A villa situated in a quiet urbanisation with a nice view over the area. The villa is approximately a 15 minute drive away from the center and the beautiful beaches of Lloret de Mar.
Villa Mariposa is a very nice detached villa with two floors and a garage below the villa. The villa has several terraces, in front of the villa and aswell at the backside to enjoy the wonderful Spanish weather! On one of the terraces, at the backside of the villa is a large stone barbecue with diner area to enjoy a nice outside dinner!
You can park the car into the garage on the lowest floor of the villa. There is room for two cars. In the garage you also find a washing machine.
From the garage you can take the stairs up to the front side of the villa with a large terrace. After entering the villa you will find one bedroom for two persons at your right side. On the left side you will enter the living room with a sitting area and television and also a dining table for 8 people. Next to the living room there are the bathroom and the spacious kitchen.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a refrigerator, oven, microwave and dishwasher. On the top floor of the house are three bedrooms, each suitable for 2 persons and all rooms are quit large. One of the bedrooms has a private balcony. The bathroom is also a spacious bathroom.
There are several terraces around the house. At the back of the villa is a nice terrace with barbecue for a nice dinner with friends or family. From the terrace you can take the stairs you arrive at the lovely pool with sunbeds and a beautiful view over the area!
