Description of this holiday villa: Villa Joyce
Villa Joyce is situated in a quiet urbanisation only 15 minutes drive from the center and the beaches of Lloret de Mar! This fine bungalow is quietly situated on the urbanisation Creu de Lloret. The urbanisation has its own bakery and restaurant.
When you drive up to the terrene you will notice that it's a bungalow with lots of space outside. There is more than enough space to park all cars. There are also several terraces, so you can enjoy the lovely sunny wheater! Do you need to cool off you can jump into the nice swimming pool!
The bungalow has a large garden with some beautiful terraces including a lounge area! What also is a big plus is that the bungalow has a barbecue and aswell an really nice outdoor kitchen! It is fully equipped so you can cook a nice meal while your children are swimming in the swimming pool (5m2 x 5m2).
Entering the villa will you come into the nice living room. From the living room you will enter the hallway. At the left side there are three bedrooms, two with a single bed and the third bedroom has a double bed. At the end of the hallway there is a bathroom and next to the bathroom is the kitchen. From the kitchen you can reach the terrace. Next to the kitchen is another bedroom with a bunk bed.
A few meters away from the bungalow is a spacious studio for two people. This studio has a double bed, a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Ideal for a family with teenagers or several families!
The garden offers a lot of privacy! This makes this villa ideal for several families with children or couples.
Villa Joyce offers a peaceful place to spend your holiday and is only 15 minutes away from the busy center of Lloret de Mar!
