Description of this holiday villa: Villa Joy
Once arrived at the villa you can safely park your car within the gate, there is space for several cars. You can park the car in the large garage on the lowest floor of the villa or in front of it. Once out of the car you will immediately be impressed by the beautiful garden and lovely features of villa Joy. In front of the villa is the beautiful large pool (11m2 x 6m2) with sun beds and one of the terraces.
When you take the little stairs you will reach the entrance of the villa. From the hall you enter the nice cozy living room with dining and sitting area. Next to the living room there is a large terrace with a nice view of the area. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 complete bathrooms on the same floor of the villa, next to the living room. the other 3 bedrooms are situated on the first floor with the third, also very complete, bathroom.
The kitchen is situated at the backside of the villa and has everything you need to cook a nice dinner! Next to the kitchen is a lovely barbecue area with a large covered terrace where you can enjoy a nice dinner and one of those many lovely summer evenings with your family or friends.
Next to the terrace, there is a small children´s playground where the children can play while you are enjoying the spanish sun! The Caretaker stays in a seperate area of the villa, he only uses the main entrance and stairs to the first floor of the villa. All facilities mentioned above are entirely for private use!
