Description of this holiday villa: Villa Elize
This spacious villa is situated on the Costa Brava, against the green hills on a quiet road in an urbanization with many forests and footpaths.
Elize is a detached, luxury villa with two large independent properties which are contemporary furnished. The villa has a beautiful large garden with beautiful plants such as palms and lemon trees. Around the villa you will find many nice terraces with lounge sets and various seating areas. On one of the terraces is a large stone barbecue eatery.
The layout of the villa is as follows: the independent front house has a large terrace with loungeset, sunbeds and outdoor dining. Upon entry you will enter the hall you will find the bathroom on the right, this is a bath with shower, sin7pk, toilet and washing machine. At the end of the hall, is the cozy living room with LCD TV, DVD player and radio.
It is tastefully decorated and consists of a sofa and two large modern rocking chairs. Adjacent is the open kitchen with dining area. In addition, three bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. The kitchen is fully equipped for six people and has a refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher.
The larger ground floor has a spacious living room with LCD TV, DVD player and radio. There are large banks that can accommodate up to eight people and a matching ottoman. The dining area can accommodate nine people. The living room is tastefully decorated and colorful.
The spacious kitchen is complete and has an American refrigerator, microwave, oven and dishwasher. From the kitchen you can enter the terrace where a separate laundry room with washing machine is at. In addition, three bedrooms, all with one double and one single bed with an adjoining private bathroom! Two bathrooms have a shower, sink and toilet and a the biggest bathroom has a bath with shower, sink and toilet.
Through the kitchen you reach a large terrace with dining tables and stone barbecue, from here you can use a staircase down to the next (sun) terrace with sun beds and a romantic thatched umbrella. The next step takes you to the beautiful pool with paddling pool area, surrounded by a wonderful sun terrace with sun beds, and even a thatched umbrella loungeset.
From here you have a breathtaking view over the surrounding hills / mountains and the Mediterranean Sea!
The garden offers lots of privacy! This characteristic makes it an ideal accommodation for multiple families with children or couples. Groups of youngsters are not allowed.
