Description of this holiday house: Casa Pilar

If you are looking for a large detached house close to the center so you do not need your car, then Casa Pilar is the perfect place! Its a large house perfect for a group of friends.

As you can see on the photos is the renovating of the veranda going very good! In the summer it will be the perfect place to drink a cold glass of Sangria and have a nice bbq together with all of your friends!!

Casa Pilar is located at the end of a sandy road. A holiday home where a large group of friends or family can stay with everybody his own apartment. This gives everyone lots of privacy.

Your home consists of four spacious apartments and two cozy studios so that each has its own bathroom (shower, toilet and sink), kitchenette and lounge area.

At the front of the house is a spacious terrace with a nice (very long!) table where you can eat together with all your friends or just play cards. In the winter of 2011-2012, there will made a roof above the table, the roof will be made ​​with wooden elements.

And if you just want to rest or sleep a little longer, it is also possible since you have your own apartment with private entrance.

The house can be described as following: on the ground floor is the large central apartment with a large kitchen and a sittinge area/living room with TV (you can watch DVDs but there is no TV connection) for this apartment (which is being renovated this winter) comes the new patio, so you can easily serve dinner from the kitchen to the tables outside. Near the covered terrace is the barbecue.

Furthermore, this apartment has two sleeping areas each for 2 persons and a bathroom. On the right side of this central apartment is one of the two studios contemporaries with a livingroom/bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. What makes this studio extra special that it´s located at the front side of the house at the garden. The second studio is located on the first floor, this is very nice also because of the wooden ceiling.

At the first and second floor are four spacious apartments, which have a separate bedroom. Three of these four apartments are for four persons and the fourth apartment has a living room with TV (you can watch DVD's but there is no TV connection). These spacious apartments all have a covered balcony.

Through a sandy road in a few minutes you reach the very large communal privat pool (16 x 8m) with big garden and palm trees around it. There is a bar at the pool!

So if you are looking for a holiday home close to the beach and center of Lloret de Mar and do not want to spend too much money and you want to be togehter with your whole group of friends, Casa Pilar is the perfect choice!

Summary:

Casa Pilar is a 22 person holiday home with communal pool, 10 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms. It can become a 26 person holidayhouse by adding 4 beds, for an additional charge. You can find Casa Pilar in Lloret de Mar, in the urbanisation Lloret Center, Costa Brava, Spain. The holidayhouse is around 500 m from the beach. About pets: not allowed, a car is not necessary.
The rental price includes normal use of water, electricity, gas and taxes.

The following special conditions apply for this holiday villa:

Youngsters are allowed! Deposit for youngsters is 150,00 euro per person (with a maximum of 1500,00 euro) and the rental of bedlinen (15,00 euro per person) is obligatory.
Only the guests of Casa Pilar, the guests of Villa Lloret (maximum 8 people) and the guests of a small appartementcomplex have access to the shared pool.
