Description of this holiday house: Casa Helena
Casa Helena is situated in a true oasis of quietness where you will experience the ultimate holiday feeling! The house is located at a dead end street and offers two private parking spaces. The distance to the lovely beach Canyelles is 3000 meters and only 800 meters there is also a private beach (see photo).
Casa Helena is located above street level, which you can reach via a staircase. Your home is very close to the communal pool (approx. 50 meters).
The living room of this holiday home is spacious and simply furnished, the interior is light and has a cozy feeling. The kitchen features include a dishwasher and washing machine.
In the hall you will find two bedrooms facing each other, one with a bunk bed and one with a 3 perons bunk bed, here you als find the first bathroom. At the end of the corridor is the third bedroom with en suite bathroom with round bath.
In the living room there is a void that you can reach via a wooden staircase, which offers a sleeping place for two persons. Especially for kids a fun place to spend the night!
Casa Helena has a beautiful view: you look out over the urbanization. Your holiday home offers privacy as it is a corner house, it has a built area of 120 square meters. You have access to a natural garden.
You find the swimming pool at the front of your house. You reach the swimming pool via a staircase down.
This cozy holiday home is very suitable for families with children but also for groups (young people). Especially since we rent out three more holiday houses in the same urbanization.
